This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits: generally the IP address, the time of access, the page accessed, as well as the browser and operating system. This data is used for the technical provision of the website and for IT security. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes, subject to statutory retention obligations. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

On this website, you can submit a non-binding consultation request via a form. In doing so, we process the information you enter: Name, telephone number and email address (mandatory fields) as well as – depending on the form – your request, the preferred branch and your desired timeframe. We use this information to process your inquiry, to contact you personally and to send the automated confirmation of receipt; the email address may also be used for further communication regarding your specific inquiry.

What happens to the information: They are transmitted by email to info@fahrschule-fahrplan.de and also stored in this website's database. Double filing is intended to prevent a request from being lost if an email does not arrive. Only driving school employees have access to the stored requests.

Retention period Enquiries that do not lead to a training relationship are deleted after six months at the latest. If a training relationship is established, the statutory retention periods apply.
Once you have submitted your form, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address you provided; for non-binding pre-registration, your name, telephone number and email address are required fields. The confirmation is sent via the mail server of our provider, ALL-INKL.COM, and is intended solely to confirm receipt of your enquiry and to clarify any outstanding issues. We will use your telephone number to contact you as requested – we will only contact you via WhatsApp if you explicitly select WhatsApp as your preferred method of contact in the form. Your enquiry does not constitute consent to receive newsletters or advertising.
Do you choose in the pre-registration form WhatsApp As your preferred method of contact, we will actively contact you via the mobile number you have provided in order to respond to your enquiry. In doing so, WhatsApp Ireland Limited (a Meta Group company) will also process your telephone number and communication data; it cannot be ruled out that data may be transferred to third countries, in particular to the USA. This contact relates exclusively to your specific enquiry – you will not receive any advertising as a result, and this does not constitute general consent to receive advertising. If you sign up online and pay directly, we process the payment via Mollie ab. The provider is Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands. The information required for the payment is transmitted – depending on the selected payment method, this includes your name, email address, the amount and the payment reference. You enter your actual payment details, such as your account number or card details, directly on Mollie's platform; we do not get to see them and do not store them. If you call us or send us an email, we will process the details you provide exclusively for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, provided your enquiry is directed towards the preparation of a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR in all other cases.
In several places on this website you will find links that lead to a conversation with us about WhatsApp open – for example, to register for a theory evening. Nothing is embedded in the website: as long as you don’t click, nothing is loaded and no connection is established. This website runs on WordPress and the Hello Elementor theme, as well as the Elementor and Elementor Pro plugins. These components operate on our own server or locally in your browser and do not transfer any personal data to third parties.
The fonts used (Inter) are hosted entirely on our own server. When loading, this creates No connection to Google servers. This does not result in your IP address being transmitted to Google.
