The BE example calculation applies only when adding BE after you already hold class B. Starting B and BE together, transferring an ongoing BE course and, where relevant, converting a foreign BE licence depend on the individual case. We will discuss the verified individual prices with you; this page deliberately shows no seemingly complete subtotal for those cases. Required scope B → BE: 3 rural-road, 1 motorway and 1 dusk/night lesson, 45 minutes each. €155 for the complete regular BE practical test.
External fees – not paid to FAHRPLAN
You do not pay these amounts to FAHRPLAN and they are not hidden in the example subtotal.
Frankfurt: first issue B €45.90; BF17 €63 including one accompanying person (+€8.40 each additional); BE extension €45.90. If you use a passport without a current registration certificate, a €10 residence-register query may also be required in each case. Conversion fees depend on the case.

Why is there no fixed total?
The total cost depends largely on how many regular driving lessons you need.
How many lessons you need depends on your learning progress. What matters is how safely and independently you handle the driving tasks. That is why the exact number cannot be determined reliably before training begins.
What does a value of 0 practice lessons mean?
You have not entered an additional practice lesson yet. This is not a forecast of your actual need.
What changes when transferring driving school?
The one-off transfer price is shown in your overview. Completed items are not added again automatically; you only add what remains necessary.
What applies to a licence conversion?
Select licence conversion for the verified standard case. The team clarifies rare alternatives, such as theory-only cases, with you.
Which costs are not paid to FAHRPLAN?
Test-centre and authority fees are listed separately and are not part of the driving-school subtotal.
