All 14 theory topics in seven evenings – start Monday to Friday, no waiting for the next course.

And while you're gathering the theory, you're already sitting in the car: your driving lessons run alongside it right from the start.

This is what your week looks like

Theory introduction Mon–Fri 6–9 pm · Start Monday to Friday

Parallel instead of sequentially

Driving lessons are going on alongside

With 12 driving instructors, your driving lessons start alongside the theory – not just afterwards. This means you are ready for your test much quicker.

For the job

Start of apprenticeship or new job requiring a driving licence.

Not much time in one go

Use the semester break, a holiday or a gap between two chapters of life.

Just power through

One goal, full concentration – instead of dragging theory out over months.

Power through during the holidays

Easter, summer or autumn holidays: if you have a longer period off at a stretch, this is the best moment. You start from Monday to Friday – so you don't have to wait for the holidays to begin, but can gather the theory beforehand.

Your journey with us

From registration to the practical test

1

We'll fill in the application to the authority together – from then on, it runs in the background.

2

Gather theory

Two topics per evening, Mon–Fri 6 pm – 9 pm. In seven evenings you have all 14 mandatory topics covered. There is an iPad in every branch where you can study before or after class.

3

Drive alongside

Your first driving lessons start immediately – not just after the theory. You practise at your pace until you've got the basics down.

4

Pre-test and theory test

Before the exam, you’ll take a practice test with us. Only once you’ve got that right should you register for the TÜV.

5

Special services

The 12 legally required driving lessons on rural roads, the motorway and in the dark – usually at the end.

6

Practical test

Once you and your driving instructor are ready. Over 90 % pass on their first attempt with us.

How many practice lessons you need between steps 3 and 6 varies for everyone – we'll give you an honest estimate during your consultation.

Before the first evening

This is what you should sort out beforehand

You can dive straight into the theory. However, to make sure everything goes smoothly in the end, your driving licence application should be submitted early:

  • You can get the application form from us – right at registration. We will fill it out together with you, so nothing is missing.
  • Eye test and first-aid course you need for the application.
  • Biometric passport photo, like for the identity card.
  • Submitting is fastest online. Otherwise you hand in the documents at the citizens' registration office – you only have to go to the driving licence authority if you are exchanging a foreign driving licence.

Honestly planned

Why you should still start early

You can get the theory done with us in seven evenings – but the The authorities usually take six to eight weeks for your driving licence application. Therefore, if you want to finish quickly, it is best to drop by as early as possible: submit your application, get the theory done at the same time. Exactly how we plan it with you during the consultation.

Frequently asked questions about the intensive course

No. Each topic stands on its own – you join from Monday to Friday and tackle the 14 topics in any order you like.

No. The intensive course is standard with us – you don't pay a single penny extra for it. It's simply our way of teaching theory.

No problem: the topic will run again the following week. You just carry on collecting.

Yes. The theory schedule applies across all branches – you go to whichever session suits you best. Which branch it takes place at is stated in the current schedule.

You don't need to wait for a special holiday course: the intensive course runs continuously – including during all school holidays. The holidays are particularly ideal for getting the theory done in about seven evenings. Just jump in and you're done.

If you work at a fast pace, it can often be done in just a few weeks – realistically, it takes six to ten weeks from registration to the practical test. The processing time by the authorities and the test dates set by TÜV dictate the timetable; it would be irresponsible to give a firm commitment.

You simply register as normal (online or at one of our branches) …

If you have a window of time – holidays, semester break, quiet weeks at work – and can stick with it: yes. And if it doesn't suit after all, nothing is lost: you can gather the topics more slowly at any time, in any branch and in any order.

How quickly you actually finish in the end depends not only on you, but also on two deadlines that we don’t set ourselves: the decision from the authorities and your exam dates at TÜV. We’ll register you as soon as you’re ready – but we won’t promise you a date that we can’t keep.
